Chef Elson Cheong has lined up a wonderful ever-evolving menu of seafood, hot selections, pasta, cheese & carving stations, dessert and many more. Let us rendezvous for a wonderful brunch with a glittering view of Marina Bay as the city reveals itself from floor-to-ceiling windows.
