Pre-alert Message on AGM & Dinner Booking
You will have received the Notice of our Annual General Meeting and Dinner on 19 March 2022. Due to the current Covid Safe Management Measures, we are restricted to a physical onsite attendance of 50 members. All members attending must show proof of vaccination and have an ART test done within 24 hours of the event. The council has made numerous attempts to convince the authorities to approve a larger event but unfortunately, all have been rejected. We ask for your understanding if you are unsuccessful in securing a seat to attend the event in person, but provisions have been made for you to join the AGM virtually by zoom.
With regards to bookings, we will use the online Google booking form to ensure fairness based on a time stamped first-come-first-served basis. Therefore, this message serves as a pre-alert to the actual EDM booking release which will be launched on Monday, 28 Feb 2022 at 12.00 noon sharp. The Google form link will be embedded in the EDM for you to click to register. Please take note that the form is open only for 50 people. The moment we reach 50 people, a waitlist form would be activated automatically for members to be put on the waitlist. Places will then be allocated based on this waitlist in the event of cancellations or a relaxation of Covid restrictions.
Once again, please watch out for the AGM & Dinner EDM on Monday, 28 Feb 2022 at 12.00 noon sharp. Please be reminded that bookings will only be accepted through the online Google booking form.
